Who we are
Richard Hughes Racing is the controller of the personal data we hold on you and this means we decide how your personal data is processed and for what purposes.

What information do we collect and how do we collect it?
We only collect basic personal data about you which you have provided to us or which is provided to us by the British Horseracing Authority, Weatherbys Bank or other party instructed by you to share information with us or otherwise properly shared with us in accordance with data protection regulations.
This data includes your name, address, email, phone number and photographs and any other contact information you have provided to us. We do not collect any special category of data about you.
We will ensure that we only process data which is adequate, relevant to our purposes and limited to what is necessary for those purposes – we will not ask for more information than needed in to order to carry out our business operations.

We will normally keep information for no more than 6 years after termination or cancellation of the contract or service we provide
